Job Description
The Smart Virtual Academy Partnership Sales Manager will join the Ed Tech Partnerships team to work on recruiting, developing, and maintaining relationship with training content providers to join Classera’s Partner Network (CPN) in addition to developing sales pipeline for these content partners to drive sales closure and maximize Classera’s revenue.
Additional job functions include but not limited to the following:
- Driving joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Drive cross sales of Classera’s products through partners.
- Drive internal and external training and presentation of partners’ packages
Other ad-hoc projects related to partners’ products bundles, promotion, and marketing plans.

Support the Business Development team with market knowledge, insight and salesactivity to secure revenue for strategic projectsConsistently achieve the commercial revenue targets set by management.Work closely with Classera Sales Teams worldwide to position CPN products as an addedvalue proposition to Classera products.Maintain and Expand CPN Training Content Providers Discover, develop, and maintain a strong network across training content providers in target markets.Expand CPN training provider network by signing new training partners, drive negotiation of commercial terms, coordinate contract preparation, and post-signing integration with Classera SVA products. Develop direct relationship with sales and marketing departments in the partners organizations.Develop and maintain good working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Partners Success, Integration, and Channel departments in Classera.Skills & Qualifications Strong customer facing experience in business development, maintaining sales pipeline with minimum 5 years of experience.Strong knowledge of corporate training market trends and dynamics with minimum of 3 years of experience Proven track record in successful account management and business development Strong experience across all sales stages from influencing to deploymentExperience in handling sales partner networks, contracts, and deal negotiation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, A good team player who is open to working closely with sales colleagues andindividuals from other departmentsAbility to work on several types of projects at the same time – new business sales, renewal of existing partnerships, sales strategy, sales pipeline forecasting, lead generationCompetent with Sales Force as the main sales management systems (CRM) as well as design / sales presentation tools
