Associate Highway Engineer

We have an opportunity for an ambitiousGraduate Highway Engineerwith basic knowledge of highway design to complement our growing highways team in Dubai. Scope:
Perform a variety of highway engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques for road and highway design and analyses within road discipline
The Highway Engineer at this level is in a developmental mode, being trained under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, and gaining exposure to Company procedures
Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would include experience in Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, as well as through several disciplines in Engineering
Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications
Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in highway engineering Internship or work experience in highway design/engineering
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field. Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is also required.
