Job Description
We are looking for an Event Services Head/ Officer for one of our clients-3 – 5 year experience in the Events Industry with a knowledge of MS Office and Autocad.-Manage the Extra Service to generate more income with the implementation of existing and new systems, contributing to revenue growth.-Facilitation of all ground requirement as layouts and extra service for the companys stand packages for specific events, together with the reflected additional services required of the event.-Coordination of staff schedule for timely completion and delivery of event requirements for all existing and new events in the different venues.-Logistics coordination during Move-in, Move-out and during the exhibition hours, including extra service queries and delivery for exhibitors & contractors.-Communication and coordination with the Operations team for technical & logistics enquiries and solutions.-Execution and effective implementation of all safety standards & protocols with Operations team, by efficient communication with exhibitors, contractors and suppliers.-Creation of invoices for extra venue services availed for all ECS events.-Facilitation of Graphics for venue branding, hall branding and booth extra service branding.-Preparation & submission of exhibition reports and other required documents to line manager and Director, as required.
