Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about the company and services to clients and potential customers.
Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take messages when necessary.
Follow up with clients and potential customers as needed to ensure their needs are met.
Manage and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Follow up with clients after a sale or service to ensure satisfaction and seek feedback.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for other team members.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Set performance goals and metrics for all CC team members and regularly monitor performance to identify areas of improvement.
Oversee relationships with other departments and collaborate as needed.
Handle DXB Interact support channels and assist in related projects to enhance the platform’s UX and UI.
Candidate Requirement
Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Call Centre Receptionist or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
