COB Solution is looking for a full-time Outreach specialist &Client success to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, and selling products and services.
The Outreach specialist &Client success will also be responsible for communicating with customers and potential customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Conducting research on community needs, trends, and issues to identify potential outreach projects.
Promoting awareness of the organization’s services, activities, or events through various methods.
Coordinating with other organizations that share similar goals or interests in order to clarify the company’s services.
implementing outreach programs.
Ability to do calls /emails potential clients or leads to sell them the company’s products or gather information including cold calling.
Ability to create the initial approaches via phone or email.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Recording data about client’s needs, participation rates,
Closing sales deals professionally. Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
Daily , weekly and monthly reporting to the Department Manager.

Proven experience headhunting and strong US community awareness.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone/emails.Excellent researches skills.Office Location, Working hours &benefits :Office Working hours:Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm -12:00 pm Egypt timing.Work Location:Maadi.Saturday /Sunday off.Salary :Negotiable.Medical and social insurance are provided.Healthy work environment.
