Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Supporting the Events team in the execution of all event-related operations.

• Responsible for the creation of the department’s events calendar.

• Administrative support to the Project Manager.

• Distribute, manage, monitor, and report timelines and assist with internal budgets, contracts

• Distribution of specific contract or delivery information to all relevant Departments and third-party suppliers such as accommodation, travel & transport needs, creative concepts, etc.

• Contribute and provide assistance in developing event concepts through continuous research, ideas transfer, workshop participation, and sharing of knowledge.

• Comply and follow project/event approach according to current standards including compliance procedures, project management processes, and event forms.

• Ensure that tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and at the required standard/quality.

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Alerts and follow up with Events Team regarding any change during the life of the project Contribute and prepare status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Skills & Qualification,

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator in the Events Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in event management or any other related discipline
• Be computer savvy; showing proficiency in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms
• Must be an excellent team player with great interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to show calmness under intense pressure
• Excellent marketing and promotional experience
• Robust administrative and management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to take initiative and possess remarkable problem-solving skills
• without being prompted
• Possess excellent budgeting and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
