Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly appointments for clients
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Support and facilitate information to clients in relation to music packages
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Some sales experience

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in booking and appointment management systems system
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
