Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out Company.
Can join immediately with MOFAIC attested documents and valid UAE visa?
Job Description but not limited to:
Reviews plans and specifications according to plan.
Provides technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system.
Advises the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the MEP services that may affect construction progress, e.g. quality or snag.
In conjunction with the Document Controller, ensure that filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
Review the contractor’s installation method statements and Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Project Manager with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period.
Provides advice to Project Manager in regard to any MEP services related to variable costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the course of the works.
