Position : Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
– Perform extensive travel arrangements – visa issuance, flight and accommodation bookings.
– Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries with travelers
– Assist travelers with travel visas, passports, and other travel documents.
– Handle travel emergencies, such as flight cancellations, delays, or lost luggage
– Record all travel activates/expenses to ensure compliance with company’s policy and budget.
– Search, compare and negotiate rates with travel service providers and hotels to ensure best services and rates.
– Manage hotels and travel agents contracts renewal.
– Maintain statistical and financial records.
– Assist Line Manager in delivering planned projects within a specified deadline.
– Plan, organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines,.
– Visitors, colleagues, and business partners relationship management
– Additional tasks will be advised.
