Participate in project management activities to ensure successful execution and timelydelivery.? Negotiate contracts with clients, establishing clear performance timelines anddeliverables.? Leverage Microsoft technologies, including D365 CRM, VB.NET, Azure Services,and Microsoft SharePoint, to optimize sales processes and enhance customerengagement.? Harness the capabilities of D365 CRM and its customization features to drive salesand improve customer relationship management.? Develop and implement solutions using VB.NET to meet client requirements andenhance sales operations.? Utilize Azure Services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and AzureStorage, to streamline sales processes and boost business efficiencies.? Integrate D365 CRM with other Microsoft products and services, including MicrosoftSharePoint, to create seamless workflows and enhance productivity.? Fair knowledge of solutions using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, tomeet client needs and maximize sales effectiveness.? Stay abreast of the latest advancements and updates in Microsoft technologies,including D365 CRM, VB.NET, Azure Services, and SharePoint (on-premises andonline versions).? Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smoothoperations of Microsoft platforms.Qualification:? Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering related field. A Masters degree is Sales or marketing would be a plus.? Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Account Manageror Business Development Manager.? Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT industry, including IT security,networking, and infrastructure solutions.? Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire andmotivate a sales team.? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong clientrelationships.? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and overcome saleschallenges.? Proactive and results-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.? Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including D365 CRM, VB.NET, AzureServices, and Microsoft SharePoint (on-premises and online versions).? Familiarity with integrating D365 CRM with other Microsoft products and services,including SharePoint.? In-depth understanding of D365 CRM functionalities and customization capabilities.?
