Job Discription
•Manage the daily operations of the nursing company.
•Develop and maintain strategic schedules for nursing staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
•Ensure that all nurses have the necessary certifications, vaccinations, and permits to operate, and anticipate upcoming requirements.
•Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
•Generate weekly and monthly reports on the company’s performance, including staffing levels, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
•Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of patient care and support
the company’s overall goals.
