Job Description
We seeking to hire a personal and administrative assistants.Excellent organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to maintain confidentiality while providing support is paramount. Tact and diplomacy is highly valued.Responsibilities:Manage diary and calendar and ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.Organize travel itineraries, including arranging flights, accommodations, and transportation. Handle visa applications and manage related logistics. Process and reconcile travel expenses.Perform highly confidential administrative tasks, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.Fulfill office manager responsibilities and perform other secretarial duties as required, ensuring smooth operations of the office.HR support including payroll, time keeper, inventory, paper work, insurance for all employees.Digital marketing support. Managing social media accounts Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping as needed.Monitor office supplies and assist in ordering and facilitate maintenance or repair.Qualifications:Minimum Diploma certificate in a relevant filed.Have a minimum of two years experience as personal/ administrative/office assistant.Exhibit strong written and oral English communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Industry Hospitals and Health CareEmployment Type Full-time
