Job Description
NoventiQ’s AWS Center of Excellence empowers organizations to achieve unparalleled digital transformation by leveraging the power of the Cloud. As an AWS Premier Consulting Partner with Migration, DevOps, and Windows Workload Competencies, we have assembled a talented team of 250+ experts who have assisted over 500 clients in their cloud journey in the past decade. With a core focus on Cloud, Virtualization, Mobility, Analytics, and Security, our mission is to create value-driven solutions that foster innovation and growth.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Lead for our AWS Business Development Manager to support and expand our presence in the mentioned Country.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute strategic NoventiQ’s AWS CoE target in the country.
· Foster key relationships and drive high-impact engagements within the region.
· Execute the multi-year Strategic Plan with AWS at a country level.
· Work in alignment between HQ and regional CoE teams to drive exponential AWS revenue growth.
· Grow the regional delivery centre for AWS.
· Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly targets for revenue, opportunities, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
· build and maintain strong relationships with AWS partners and customers.
· Present and communicate compelling solutions to senior management within client organizations and internal leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
· 7-10+ years of experience in technology sales (e.g., Security, Data Center Solutions, Analytics, DevOps).
· In-depth knowledge of public cloud solutions, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Experience within the AWS partner ecosystem is a strong plus.
· Proven ability to consistently achieve quota numbers year-on-year.
· Demonstrated experience presenting to executive-level decision-makers.
· A high-performing, entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to teamwork.
· Strong command of English, ability to explain technical staff to Technical & non-technical audiences.
