We are looking for a reliable Female Office Administrator/HR. They will undertake all administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running of company office.
The main tasks of this role are:
· Manage all office correspondence and communication (answering phone calls/messages/emails and receiving packages)
· Managing all HR requirements for staff including filing, communication with PRO and ensuring staff on-boarding process is seamless
· Tracks stock of office supplies
· Manage calendar of CEO
· Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage all invoices
· Process purchase orders
Job Requirements include:
MUST BE FEMALE AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH VISA PROCESSING
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
