Job Purpose
This position aims to lead the implementation of all Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) activities in Northeast Syria. They will be responsible for managing the overall NRC ICLA project portfolio and staffing in Northeast Syria, which in this area are delivered through remotely managed NRC staff. They also contribute to broader country-level programme development in collaboration with the ICLA Specialist.
The position-holder will be duty-stationed in Amman, Jordan, but will be expected to travel to Syria Response office areas of operations for coordination.

Additional Information:
Duty Station: Amman, Jordan
Travel: 20% (Syria Response areas of operations)
Duration of contract: 12 months renewable subject to performance and available funds
Grade 8 in NRC’s grading structure
Reports to : Area Programme Manager
Provides supervision to: ICLA team
