Job Title : Material Man
Reporting to : Logistics & Supply Chain Manager
Department : Logistics & Supply Chain
Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate the review and updating of lists of materials received. Monitor that all orders received, during customs clearance.

Job Responsibilities:
– Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
– Plans, prepares, issues and controls procurement schedules and coordinates with material
requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet operation’s requirements.
– Advises management of the status of material availability, and potential operational problems to ensure that equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
– Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares material requests for the operations or purchase of components or parts based on a master equipment list and inventory requirements.
– Responsible for the supplying of materials and spare parts for machines and mechanisms, on local markets, shops, the enterprises and organizations, at the request of the Management. Coordinate compliance with the purchased items with the end user, such as: mechanical, electrical, etc.
– Inform the department of materials arrived, check the documentation (including invoices, packing lists, certificates, certificate of origin, if necessary).
– Record all orders, which in the way to Hazar (including shipping containers, cargo by sea and air).
– Organize supplying company with all necessary for its activities with material resources (raw materials, materials, semi-manufactures, designs, fuel, components, tools, spare parts, clothing, housing goods, etc.).
– Organize the work of storage facilities, to take steps to improve its technical equipment, to ensure the safety of those entering the enterprise resources.

Accountability:
– Maintain control over the state of the assets, stock of materials and components, the operational management of inventory at the plant, to comply with the limit on holiday material resources and their consumption in units of the company for its intended purpose;
– Communicate with Purchasing & Logistics Manager to clarify the status of the materials to order, and find the best method of delivery and transportation of goods;

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
– Accuracy in work and speed in implementation.
– Strong communication skills
– Good Knowledge of MS Office
– Good knowledge in operating office equipment.
– Logistics related diploma and/or certificates
– Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Material Coordinator/Store Keeper
