Description:
Develop and execute the social media strategy including: Content, calendar and community management, organic growth and outbound strategies, social media paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and relevant tactics to grow our digital presence and convert into online sales. The role will report to the Marketing Manager.
Key Duties:
. Plan and organize the social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
· Develop and apply growth strategies to increase following base and engagement rates. As well as commercial focused strategies to increase online sales and drive high ROI.
· Community management across all platforms, replying to messages and comments with outstanding customer service and sales driven attitude.
· Campaign setup, management and optimization on social media platforms with clear goals on engagement, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
· Perform Social Listening, Hashtag and Trends research to apply in the ongoing strategy.
· Research and reach to influencers and celebrities for collaborations.
· Live coverage of events.
· Mood board conceptualization.
· Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams for brand consistency.
· Report, audit and analyze pages, handles and campaigns on weekly basis.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
– 5 to 8 years of valuable experience in social media management
– Experience in handling social media for a successful ecommerce/retail business in the mid to high value goods – Ideally luxury or tech categories.
– Experience in developing social media strategies for a retail brand, handling community management and paid campaigns.
– Experience in influencer marketing, having managed a wide array of campaigns from paid celebrities to micro-influencer barter schemes.
– Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
– Good understanding of technical terms in everything digital.
– Ability to deliver creative content and ideas
– Good copywriting skills.
– Creative mind. Tech savvy. Interested in trends. Digital native.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Familiarity with web design – ecommerce, is desirable
