JOB DESCRIPTION ? OPERATIONS
- Responsible to find out new clients in Qatar and to manage relationship with existing clients.
- Frequently get in touch team in HQ which is located in Dubai and report them on daily basis
- Arrange meeting with clients and introduce our company and its products
- Able to communicate and co-ordinate with freight forwarders and logistics team, whenever required.
- Prepare relevant documents such as invoice, packing list etc.
- Address the inquiries and concerns of the client and inform the same to Dubai team when it is related to technical clarification.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Maintaining client activities in database
- Responsible to run and manage Qatar Office.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
