Job Discription
1. Providing advanced medical care and treatment to animals, including diagnosis, surgery, bone surgery , if possible eye surgery , dental care, and medication management.
2. Overseeing and mentoring junior veterinary staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants.
3. Developing and implementing healthcare protocols and standards for the clinic.
4. Collaborating with other veterinary professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
5. Communicating effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis for their animals.
6. Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Participating in continuing education to stay current on advancements in veterinary medicine.
8. Demonstrating leadership skills and contributing to the strategic planning and growth of the practice.
