Account Manager – Dammam, KSA

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager – Oil & Gas to be part of our well-established team based in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrates good understanding of customer requirements and potential business opportunities based on regular account ‘check in’ meetings
• Acts as additional contact for client and contractors to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first-class service
• Develops fundamental sector, client, and project specific knowledge through gaining and sharing of information with internal/external customers, contractors/candidates and clients.
• Building credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates
• Effective qualification of job role with evidence of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Successful co-ordination of mobilization of individuals with smooth issuing of visa and logistic plans as appropriate.

Competencies:

• Experience in Oil & Gas contracts recruitment is a must
• Understanding customer needs and priorities to provide quality services
• Using creative problem solving and successfully executing tasks to enhance the customer experience
• Managing communications appropriately for the customer
• Making a productive contribution to revenue generation and exceeding minimum standards on activity and results
• Being proactive in gaining the required experiences and training to develop professionally and personally.
• Contribute to the culture of the company in a positive and meaningful way.

Oil & Gas – The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets.
