Role Purpose
Working within the NEOM – THE LINE Management team, the Data Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our data resources to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
The Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of data within the organization, with primary focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient data management systems and processes.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to ensure data governance, quality, and security. Additionally, will provide strategic guidance and leadership to drive datadriven initiatives and foster a culture of data excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Familiarity with data security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Leadership skills to set clear goals, motivate direct and indirect team and produce superior results under challenging schedules.
Working knowledge of software APIs (ideally Primavera P6 and Unifier)
Working knowledge of data warehouses (ideally Azure or equivalent)
Working knowledge of data presentation GUIs (ideally Power BI)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
