Job Purpose :
- To acquire new customers for Personal loans and Credit Cards
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand the company’s product offerings and its target customer segment
- Increase customer base by sourcing new deals through various avenues
- Manage existing customer relationships and increase cross-sell opportunity
- Pro-actively address customer issues and provide excellent customer service
- Achieves Sales targets set each year by the senior management
- Set high standards of business, and work ethics
Job Experience and Skills :
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably with a bank or financial institution
- Excellent Customer Management & People Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Sales-driven individual keen to exceed assigned sales target
- Able to network effectively and build contacts
