Salary Range: 3000-3500 (Depending on experience and qualification)

Job Description:
Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables and provide menus.
Having a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu including dishes, ingredients and preparation methods.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure all special request and dietary restrictions are noted and well communicated to the BOH staff.
Suggest additional menu items, such as appetizers, desserts to increase sales and enhance dining experience.
Present bills to customers, accept payments, and provide accurate change or process credit card transactions.
Set tables for the next customers ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
Ensure guests satisfaction and report any issues to the restaurant management.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all food safety and sanitization guidelines.
Job Requirement:
Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
