The Organizational Development Specialist (OD Specialist) works with the Director, Organizational Development in implementing the organizational development and change management initiatives to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture

• Closely works with relevant stakeholders to ensure career development tools/practices are aligned with organizational needs.
• Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
• Coaching and leading the team towards the needed competences, policies, how to deal with clients.
• Researches best practices in human performance and designs and revises performance management system for the organization.
• Continually improves processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems.
• Analyses existing programs to determine their on-going ability to support the stated objectives.
• establish onboarding program for business operations functions withing MFF
• Engage with newly hired employees by providing training for adhering to MFF service protocol in CS, Sales, and Debt Collection.
• Actively drive the implementation of best practices in these areas, at a global scale.
• Contribute with the recruitment team of the tools/practices for enhancing current talent management approaches.
• Develops ideas/uses for technology, in human performance processes.
• Designs and develops communications programs for managers.
• Build and establish the organization job descriptions
• Researches and establishes Competency Models for the various positions in the organization.
• Designs and develops standards for competency assessment for recruitment, development and promotions of employees.
• Implements the competency framework system within the organization and trains Managers to carry out competency assessment, determine employee development needs and provide support.
• Excellent Knowledge required to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance management systems for a large organization.
• Excellent Knowledge of Global best practices in Performance management & organizational development ( e.g. balance scorecard )
• Excellent Knowledge of Job Analysis and to relate jobs across the organization.
• Ability to interpret Remuneration Survey data and draw numerical conclusions.
• Good Knowledge of Reward Management tools & techniques.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with experience of presenting complex/high impacting proposals to executive management level audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization / with different nationalities & cultures
• Experience of providing advisory to senior management.
• Good understanding of the roles & responsibilities of key business functions and how they inter-relate to achieve business objectives
• Good knowledge of general HR operations, recruitment & C&B concepts, theories, legislation & practices & their application in the workplace.
