Real Estate Team Leader required
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry and possess a valid Dubai visa. As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and goals.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and industry professionals to facilitate business growth and expansion.
Handle escalated client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Valid Dubai visa and knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
