Job Description
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
· Process all type of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees as well as for the hotel guests and entertainers.
· Assist the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
· Supervise and monitor all matters of work permits and visas.
· Maintain full records of each team member’s passport, QID and visas, both online and in paper form, and ensure all such information are updated and valid.
· Process team member’s exit permits.
· Process visa cancellation of confirmed resigned team members.
· Monitor and process renewal of company registration card, permits, licenses and other legal requirements to operate the business.
· Assist in obtaining police reports and medical reports required for any legal proceedings.
· Process team member’s contract registration to Ministry of Labour.
· Coordinate and verify team member’s eligibility for ticket request and arrange bookings. Prepare LPOs and issued tickets.
· Assist all company related legal cases undertakings and make recommendations in accordance to Qatar laws.
· Perform other side task assigned by Manager/Director of People & Culture.
Employee Communications
· Assist in communication of key messages to all team members and maintain a positive relationship with team representatives to ensure smooth processes of PRO.
Housing and Transport
· Assist Housing and Transport whereas required or needed as assigned by Manager/Director of People & Culture.
