*****Business Development Manager*****
Reports to: Head of Sales Technology & Digital Services
Location: UAE
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the delivery of equipment, service & Digital services, sales revenue as a key member of the direct sales team by building and nurturing strong customer relationships with both existing and new customers. Maximize sales performance in assigned accoun to drive sales revenues and gross profit margins whilst expanding company’s portfolio coverage in the U.A.E to meet overall company revenue targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Perform daily selling activities: Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, proposal creati, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
2. Ensure effective territory management of designated territory and manage sales cycles using the tools and techniques provided by the company.
3. Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services, and solutions.
4. Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape, related technology changes and updates to stay abreast with the latest information to share with customers and company.
5. Create and manage the customer pipeline of qualified opportunities in order to achieve sales targets. 6. Ensure commitment to raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction levels by effective relationship and dairy management.
7. Conduct, manage and scrutinize the use of XEM sales tools (Gazing, S.A.M).
8. Ensure productive and effective use of sales tools to promote XEM products, services, and solutions in order to achieve Sales territory coverage and targets.
9. Regularly review sales activity in order to track progress against targets.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
Experience: 5+ years sales experience. Local market knowledge preferred with strong understanding of technology principles.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Diploma in Sales.
Generic Skills: Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, PC literate with ability to compile and present sales reports and forecasts. Good planning, organising and execution skills. Highly results driven. Able to self-develop & self-motivate.

Functional scope: Sales with limited people management. Dimensions: AED 3-5 million reven.
