Job Summary:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and offering them suitable real estate options. Your goal is to drive sales and ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Qualify leads and identify client needs.
Present and promote real estate options to prospective clients.
Schedule property viewings and appointments for field agents.
Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
