Key Roles & Responsibilities?Diagnose equipmentvehicle failures by using special diagnostic tools?Inspect breakdown equipment and make a requisition of failed parts?Find and repair Electrical systems include computer-controlled engine management systems, electronic ignition, digital display dashboards and electrically operated seats and windows?Repair, troubleshooting, and adjusting of electro-hydraulic system functions of equipment according to manual book and manufacturer specification?Service, identify and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems such as electronic fuel injection, electronic ignition, anti-lock braking, cruise control, automatic transmission, air bags and air-conditioning?Use meters, test instruments and circuit diagrams to find electrical faults?Repair and replace faulty ignition, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps and switches?Install repair and service air-conditioning systems?Install electrical parts and accessories?Repair and install mobile entertainment systems such as radios and CD players?Repair and install equipment/vehicle security systems?Handle private and common tools carefully at all times
- Perform other job-related duties as assignedEducation & Professional Qualification:Technical School DiplomaProfessional Experience:Min 5 years of experience in a similar fieldGeographic Experience:RequiredComputer Skills:Basic knowledge of Office and web applicationsLanguage Skills:Working knowledge of EnglishMarket/Industry/Functional Knowledge:- Ability to lead a team assigned on the task or job- Knowledge of Diagnostic software for Hino Trucks- Knowledge of electricalmechanical troubleshooting- Knowledge of electronics for mobile equipment?s such as heavy lift cranes, any earth moving equipment and trucks- Reading / understanding engineering drawing for different system in the equipment-Ability to apply technical acumen for modifications of design and new products
