Job Description

  • Support HR manager with on-boarding administration to support the company’s expansion and growth plans
  • Utilise your government, agency and immigration connections to help fast-track business related administration
  • Administer all new work visas and permits for all employees and dependants
  • Monitor expiry dates of visas and permits and renew when needed
  • Cancel visas as and when required
  • Act as the main contact for the medical insurance broker
  • When the need arises represent the company to official offices including embassies, ministries, and other government departments
  • Flexible to support the wider UAE business

The Successful Applicant

  • BSc or Diploma in Business or similar
  • Must have PRO experience and government/agency connections
  • Must have up to date knowledge of UAE visas, licensing, and any UAE business related paperwork
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
  • Family book is required
