Job Description
As a Sales Representative for optical instruments, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the KSA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and optometry expertise.Client DetailsGlobal manufacturer and distributor of optical products.Description1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share for optical instruments in KSA.2. Identify and prospect potential customers, including optometrists, optical retailers, hospitals, clinics, and optical distributors, to expand the customer base.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our optical instruments.5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online campaigns, to support sales efforts.6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to optical instruments, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.7. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.8. Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.Profile1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the optical instruments industry.2. Optometrist with a deep understanding of optical instruments, their applications, and usage.3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.4. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to effectively promote and sell optical instruments.6.
