They are seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire a Payroll Accountant to join their Finance and Accountant team.Client DetailsOur client is an established and well-known group that offers a number of products and services of the best quality to their customers. It is the largest retail store in the Middle East, and is present since 2005 with operations in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.DescriptionReviewing the monthly payroll run for all business areasReconciling month to month payroll to detect any irregularitiesKeeping track of staff off-cycle payments for all business areasChecking and reviewing all overtime requests to ensure required approvals according to policies Reconciling and analyzing indemnity and leave provisions to ensure accuracyPreparing ledger entriesMaintaining payroll files and entering all payroll informationPreparing payroll reports for managersProfileBachelors degree in Accounting or related Proven work experience in multi organisation accounting system Over 7 years of relevant experience Experience with SAP is a must Strong leadership, follow-up, and analytical skills High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details, and results-orientation Strong MS Excel skills Fluent in Arabic and EnglishJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary and a chance to work in a fun, diversified, team.
