* Tertiary qualification in Finance/ Accounting. – Preferably a Chartered Accountant* Post-graduate and/or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting* Over 3 – 5 years of experience in financial planning* Commercial acumen and strategic expertise* Able to deal with ambiguity and complexity* Bias towards action and willingness to take ownership for developing solutions* Track record of developing and maintaining key partnerships* Excellent analytical skills* Solid interpersonal skills
