The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for proactive and ambitious Sales & Partnership Executives. This role is perfect for digital nomads, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere globally. You’ll be at the forefront, representing MenWith in key international markets, driving our brand partnerships, and expanding our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Brand Representation: Proactively sell the opportunity for potential clients to engage and communicate with the MenWith audience via our renowned Instagram profiles, @menwithclass and @menwithstreetstyle.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Offer custom-tailored campaigns with guaranteed reach, resonating with our visual feed, to maximize client visibility and impact. You will also have the standard campaign rates available for presentation.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with brand partners, providing comprehensive reports and all content for their unrestricted use.
• Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Create and implement innovative strategies to amplify MenWith’s brand presence and engagement in key markets.
• Commission-Based Revenue Generation: Take charge of your earnings through a commission-based structure, responsibly managing your own costs and schedule.

Ideal Candidate

• Solid background in selling media and campaigns.
• Extensive network within media agencies and direct to brands within all sectors such as lifestyle, automotive, travel, hotel, fashion and so on.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in digital media.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.

Education & Skills

• A degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital and social media advertising, CRM software, and advanced targeting strategies.
• Experience in managing and maximizing revenue across various digital platforms and channels.
