Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Train and mentor front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to labour regulations.
Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
Guarantee that the branch achieves their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Prior experience in a hospitality or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of front desk staff
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, colleague, and management
Candidates with experience in Dubai and hospitality will be given preference
