Job Title: Office Hostess
Overview:
As an Office Hostess, you’ll be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. You’ll handle various administrative tasks while ensuring that our office environment remains organized and efficient. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills will be key to providing an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.
Hospitality Services:
Offer beverages and refreshments to visitors and employees.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies before scheduled meetings.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including catering arrangements and room setup.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Security and Safety:
Monitor access to the office premises and ensure security protocols are followed.
Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Communication Liaison:
Relay messages and information to relevant individuals in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
