Manages all restaurant operations and staff on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility include all restaurant outlets, Lounge, Room Service, Mini Bar and Banquets. Directs and works with the food and beverage management team and associates to successfully execute all restaurant operations strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises restaurant outlets, Lounge, Room Service, Mini Bar and Banquets, where applicable. Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed.
