COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Makeen is a Joint Venture formed by Saudi Aramco, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur) to manufacture, build, sell and service marine and land-based 2 and 4-stroke engines.
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide special HR operations services across Makeen including (payroll and associated duties, HR administration, leave, and timesheets).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Provide a proactive internal HR Business Partner service to specific business units across the employee lifecycle from attraction and acquisition, onboarding and engagement, deployment, performance management, rewards and recognition, learning and development, talent and succession planning to employee separation.
2. Deliver a specialized HR service across the company as agreed with HR Director – which could include Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Design, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations etc.
3. Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to meet the payroll plan including all leave, overtime, new joiners etc.
4.Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely manner
5. Produce reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.
6. Understand the company HR policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.
7. Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees’ queries.
8. Perform the employee systems registration activities to ensure data integrity and completion of all requirements.
9. Administer the company’s medical plan and service contract and oversee the execution of the plan in terms of registration, tracking, analysis and reimbursements.
10. Work closely with Finance department to ensure the compliance and execution of the payroll and benefits operations.
11.Monitor and produce monthly reports on employee leave balances
12.Ensure all employee information and files are accurate and up to date
13.Monitor and Process payments for all employee-related contracts and expenses
14.Produce and process relevant paperwork aligned to employee changes, transfers, promotions, resignations or dismissals
15. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
