MAGRABi Retail Group Looking for Associate Partnership and Affiliates Manager at Saudi , Riyadh Full Time

Define and execute omnichannel customer centric partnerships strategy across KSA region on both eCommerce/brick & Mortar channels, focusing on growing MAGRABi’s customers base and unlocking new possible revenue streams by utilizing the current martech stack infrastructure and strategic complementary brand partnerships

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• Strong experience in partnerships or Loyalty programs partnership or Business development (E-Commerce, Retail, top chains hotels or Service based industry “Airlines, banks…etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with the Luxury categories customer segment
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Preferably Saudi national
• Owns good portfolio of key strategic partners and business network
• Communication skills, Organizational skills and Analytical skills are essential in addition to having great ability with Microsoft Office Programs (excel, power point…etc.)
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Basic understanding of business cases (ROI) concept
• Basic understand of customer marketing technology stack (Ex: CEP, CRM, CDP..etc) is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute the partnerships annual plan in conjunction with CRM Sr. Manager and close alignment with B2B teams
• Identify and propose relevant partnership opportunities in order to boost acquisitions and retention
• Create ROI business cases for new potential partnerships to clarify why this would be profitable for MAGRABi and beneficial for the customer
• Lead and negotiate the commercial and legal aspects of the partnership to ensure beneficial terms for both customers and MAGRABi
• Plan and drive the execution of the partnership from commercial and technical perspective
• Liaising with Technology, Retail operations, ecommerce, and creative team to ensure smooth implementation for partnerships
• Identify all possible data points within the partnership customer journey to maximize the reporting opportunities
• Work on post launch analysis to assess the impact of the partnership
• Prepare quarterly review with all existing partnerships to decide on the next stage for each partnership
