Job Description
As the Sales Account Manager at an ICT System Integrator, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions to clients.Responsibilities:1. Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.? Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure goal attainment.? Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.4. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:? Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultants, and industry influencers to enhance the companys market position.? Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.5. Sales Process Optimization:? Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and enhance customer experience.? Implement and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate accurate sales reports.6. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:? Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape within the ICT system integration market.? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market differentiators and develop effective sales strategies.7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:? Collaborate with the pre-sales, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.? Provide input and feedback on market requirements, customer needs, and product/service enhancements to the relevant teams.
