Description:
As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our company’s growth strategy by establishing and fostering strategic partnerships and alliances. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships that contribute to the achievement of our organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
Work closely with the leadership team to define, refine, and align the company’s strategic goals and business development objectives.
Partnership Identification and Evaluation:
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that are in line with the company’s strategic direction.
Custom Proposals and Solutions:
Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and tailor proposals and solutions for each potential partnership, highlighting the unique value we can bring.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential partners, understanding their pain points and needs, and effectively positioning our services as solutions to their challenges.
Communication Liaison:
Collaborate with the Head of Communications to be a primary point of contact for partnership inquiries, providing information, and ensuring consistent and effective communication channels.
Negotiations and Agreements:
Lead negotiations of partnership terms, agreements, and contracts, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Partnership Management:
Manage ongoing partnership relationships, continuously monitoring performance and seeking avenues for collaboration growth.
Industry Representation:
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility, develop strategic relationships, and establish thought leadership.
Speaking Opportunity:
Identify speaking opportunities and coordinate presentations that showcase the organization’s expertise, further establishing our credibility in the industry.
Networking and Prospecting:
Actively network with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners to cultivate new connections and business prospects.
