Job Description – Administration and Finance Assistant
Location: Riyadh
The Administration and Finance Assistant will be responsible for leading various workstreams in the Company, including day-to-day finance/accounting/book-keeping, general administration tasks, supporting high-profile external stakeholders, and managing the Company’s internal CRM system. The Candidate will be the main person responsible for ensuring the day-to-day efficiency of the company.
The role will include:
• General support in office and HR administration (i.e. managing diaries, IT assistance, dealing with ad-hoc administrative support to the Directors, arranging calls, investor meetings, travel and liaising with the London office)
• Managing day-to-day accounting/finances/book-keeping for the business and reporting this to the Head of Finance who is based in the London office – this would include expenses, local taxes, general costs, subscriptions, payroll, regulatory requirements, etc
• Managing the Company’s internal investor relations CRM system to log interactions between the Company’s Investor Relations professionals and their investor base
• Assist with onboarding of high-profile investors into investments made by the business (knowledge of investor KYC and AML procedures would be highly beneficial)
• Assist with day-to-day queries from current investors and shareholders
• Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including current and potential investors, service providers, lawyers and regulators
• Maintain and improve strong organizational procedures (e.g. document records, IT security, meeting key regulatory and financial deadlines
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field
• KSA market experience is essential
• Experience working in a respected organization
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written, reading and verbal)
