Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of https://www.londonbikes.ae/ and potential future other digital channels. It is you who will create and maintain a strategic and analytic consumer journey, leading to increased brand awareness as well as significant growth in traffic, conversion, and retention across our channels.

The E-commerce Executive will take ownership of:

• Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
• Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be sharedacross e-Commerce platforms.
• Independently handle Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
• Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
• Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
• Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

The team:

• Driving ecommerce growth, achieving revenue & margin targets.
• Implementation of strong trading and communication technologies, ensuring best in class and relevant customer service solutions
• Deliver in close cooperation with the Operations team an outstanding demand planning, order fulfilment and overall customer journey.

This is the experience you bring:

• 2+ years of related E-commerce enterprise in shopify platform.
• A strong growth attitude, understanding what it takes to bring scale. You have worked in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative and hands-on professional attitude, with a deep understanding of consumer journeys and how to leverage digital marketing to (in our case) sell dream-bikes through our digital channels.
• A strong technical understanding to support digitization of the consumer journey

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
