We believe that fermentation is one of the most promising answers to this challenge.Working together to better nourish and protect the planet.Lesaffre is developing its strategic intention to improve market knowledge and proximity in Middle East and Africa.Working in within the Middle East and East Africa subregion, and reporting to the Lesaffre Gulf General Manager, you will support our market business development in Saudia Arabia.The position can be based in Riyad or Jeddah.Your key responsibilities will be to :Develop sales performance of LESAFFRE according to company strategy and price policyAcquire a deep market knowledge: competitors/ distribution/ end users/all other stakeholdersImagine all the needed marketing initiatives to strengthen the market position of Lesaffre for all the segments of bread makingTrain and develop the sales and technical skills of all LESAFFRE distributors and final usersBuild the right networking relationship within the Bread making worldDevelop the image of Lesaffre to key customers. Secure a synergetic approach by coordinating Lesaffre support and develop new specific solutions in response to the local requirementsDefine the sales budget each year with the Line Manager and provide regular business reportConstantly look for market opportunities how to develop the business in yeast and Baking Ingredients.QualificationsProfile we are looking for :Graduated in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration and a previous 5-10 years experience in a comparable position in Saudi ArabiaFluent in standard English and ArabicInnovative with a strong desire to achieveSelf-managing abilities essential, ability to prioritize and organize tasksGood interpersonal relations, ability for building nice relationships with different partners (distributors, clients)Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convinceKnowledge of the Baking Industry will be appreciatedAdditional InformationKindly note that the position can be based in Riyad or Jeddah.
