You will be part of the Workstation Business Unit, reporting to Workstation BU Leader, collaborating and supporting Sales-teams in Germany and Austria with your Workstation expertise.

Your responsibilities are:

• Identify & grow Workstation Business with Large Enterprise Customers in your defined territory Germany-South and Austria to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets

• Work out winning proposals for Workstation products and solutions to all sales teams you are collaborating

• Customer Meetings in your designated area with an expected nurturing of relationship to become a trusted advisor for our customers and sales teams when it comes to any kind of Workstation related requirements.

• Develop, maintain and execute account plans to grow the Workstation business with LE accounts in Germany & Austria

• Provide high level technical and solutions expertise (understanding of industry trends and critical success factors for customers and Sales teams)

• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. channel-resellers, ISV’s, market influencers

• Build winning strategies for upcoming businesses and align with sales teams and product management to accelerate growth

• Be an active and worthful team member in the Workstation Business Unit

What you bring:

• Proven track record in IT sales to LE customers, preferably on workstation products and Added Value Solutions

• Excellent interpersonal skills, build relationships which promote and enable a deep understanding of the customers requirements

• High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity

• University degree in business administration, information technology or similar

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent presentation skills as well as knowledge of the MS suite
