Description and Requirements
Sound understanding of policies, procedures, and processes, based on a combination of formal education and professional knowledge. Performance is typically subject to the understanding of how related areas contribute to the overall objectives of their organization or job family. Provides advice to the business based on specialized knowledge and technical capabilities.
Management responsibilities for a team of primarily production or administrative employees. May include: training new team members, monitoring and coaching employee performance, and contributing to pay decisions.
- Provide program development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives are met
- Implement new business methods and systems
- Employ new concepts which have a significant influence on resolving problems or issues with assigned accounts or programs
- Implement program strategies, procedures, plans, and processes
- May work with the client directly (or a team member with the client) to identify business requirements and develop proposals
- May lead a team in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project to produce a solution and/or deliverable
- May gather channel partners requirements, and assist in translating them into potential solutions
- Work relatively independently
- Interface with external customers
- Work closely with internal functions to support customers
- Provide advice and counsel to all levels of management on problems and issues
- Produce clear and concise written communication clearly convey thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers
- Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers display willingness to understand diverse points of view
- Negotiate requirements that have a significant impact or objective
- Analyze new and/or complex situations implement solutions or new approaches, procedures or processes
- Recognize complex problems related to stated objectives or goals
- Apply creativity and judgment when developing resolutions for various assigned projects where no precedent currently exists
