To deliver a safe and a beneficial personal fitness program, which has been tailored to the client’s needs and goals to all clients of varying ability according to EMS standards and procedures using the EMS equipment. Role Responsibilities:
3 year minimum experience in Fitness Training
First aid certification (optional)
Proof of current experience as Personal Fitness Trainer of at least 80 hours within the last 12 months
Anatomy and muscle science. Comprehensive knowledge of the necessary muscles for a highly qualitative training program
Dietary science. Comprehensive knowledge of different diet forms, fundamentals of diet, composition of food, significance of nutrients (will be extra and important for salary )
language English and Arabic
