Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Liaises with all concerned departments in the Hospital in the preparation of bid documents. Assists the department in preparing their contractual requirement, specifications, terms, and conditions
Assists in contract preparation under the supervision of the Chief, Contacts Services.
Responsible for checking and keeping complete records of all letters of guarantee/performance bonds submitted to the department against Hospital contracts.
– Assists the concerned hospital departments in determining the contract completion dates, recommends approval and o/or withholding of payments based on the contractor’s performance and fulfilment of its contractual obligations.
– Coordinates review of the contractor’s performances with concerned department.
– Participates in bid evaluation and review of proposals and in bid opening committees.Education
One (1) year of experience in contracts management, or other related field with Master’s Degree or three (3) years of similar qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Three (3) years of experience in contracts management, or other related field with Master’s Degree or five (5) years of similar qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
