Key Capital Properties is in search of an ideal candidate for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager who is driven and motivated to be part of our professional team. This position offers a huge range of possibilities and growth potential to gain in the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Candidates should have 1-year of experience in the Real Estate market.
· RERA certified.
· Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paperwork.
· Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
· Lead and supervise around 15 – 20 people and ensure that the team is highly motivated and manages their performance to achieve an optimal result.
· Ensure that company standards, protocols, and procedures are well implemented by the Sales Consultants.
· Plan and direct sales team training.
· Should have a driving license.
· Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
· Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
· Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications
Coaching: helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job.
Salesmanship: sales skills are fundamental, as these managers must train their sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis.
Team management: it is the responsibility of the real estate sales manager to oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.
Communication skills: the ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales agents, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales managers.
Business acumen: an understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales is important for real estate sales managers. They must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a manager mindset.
Performance management: the managers must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
