Job Title : Junior Arbitration Lawyer
We are looking for a junior arbitration lawyer to join the Arbitration practice.
Duties :
Prepare arbitration filings
Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers/ legal consultants.
Effectively communicate with Clients, Arbitration Centers, Witnesses and Experts
Draft memorandum and prepare documents for Arbitration cases.
Review documents, prepare bundles for hearings, trials, and meetings.
Organize and maintain files.
Attend meeting and type minutes of the meetings
Update internal time keeping system.
Requirements and skills :
Computer literacy
Reliable and consistent
Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations and court system
Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (court-filing computer systems, case management system etc.)
Working knowledge of Arbitration proceedings
Fluent in Arabic and English
Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

Timings: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
